Urban Deli and Bar

Opening in 2022, Urban Deli and Bar brings some of the finest European-style dining and ambience to the Hunter.

The idea has been created by hospitality professionals Kasia Idczak and Tim Atkinson, a couple that brings years of experience from all around Europe, giving you access to the finest taste and flavours from local and European producers.

Guests can visit Urban Deli and Bar for lunch from noon to grab quick and easy Panini gourmet sandwiches which are freshly prepared every day. There is a range of Lunch Specials available between 12-3 pm and a Full Menu served throughout the day featuring some of the European favourite dishes!

During the evening the venue transforms into a dinner and wine destination, inspired by beautiful European fare, featuring quality small tapas-style meals and large plates, accompanied by one of the best wine list and cocktails in Newcastle.

Their unique point alongside the full menu is an option to 'Build Your Own' Charcuterie and Cheese Board. They have over 20 cheeses and 20 types of meat, a variety of local produce from Hunter and also the best produce from all over Europe.
