Spirit School

Earp Distilling Co Spirit School offers the ultimate experience, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a hands-on, interactive session where they step into the role of a distiller for the day, working on a 5L mini still.

Tailored for the spirit-curious, the three-hour class is conducted in groups of two or thee, with each participant taking home a 500ml bottle of their very own bespoke gin.

Experienced staff will guide participants through exploring the history and process of distilling, while selecting botanicals from a wide selection sourced from both Australian and international suppliers. Learning how to distill their own gin using the innovative 5L miniature stills. Blending 'cuts' to produce a refined finished spirit. Hand-filling and labelling ceramic bottles of their bespoke spirit.

The twin ticket option includes two people sharing a still, with each participant taking home one 500ml bottle of their creation. The triple ticket option includes three people sharing a still, with each participant taking home one 500ml bottle of their creation (must be at 42% ABV). A minimum of three tickets must be purchased to run the school.
