This beach front apartment is situated directly across from Newcastle Beach, in the heart of the CBD. The double balcony allows you to relax and enjoy the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean, and is a great place for whale and dolphin watching.

The apartment is located within a secure complex, and offers a designated car space. Within the open plan apartment you may choose to utilise the modern equipped kitchen and dining area, or stroll to the many cafes and restaurants on offer.

The apartment comfortably accommodates four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom, which has uninterrupted beach views and a double sofa bed in the living area.

For your convenience there is a lift in the complex and a washing machine, dryer and free WiFi in the apartment.
