Fort Scratchley Australia Day Event

Fort Scratchley Historical Society proudly presents its Australia Day Program.

Entry to the Fort is free and all exhibition rooms will be open. Tunnel Tours will be available and reduced to 30 minutes in duration (there is a tour fee for adults, children are no charge).

Throughout the day there will be three rounds of all seven guns firing at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.

Additional highlights will also be the Australian Armed Forces Re-enactment Heritage Unit, Military vehicles on display, Morse Code demonstrations and the Newcastle RSL Pipe Band Performances. There will be a coffee cart and hot food available on site.
