Ruby is a lovingly restored two-storey 2 bedroom terrace house located on the Newcastle peninsular. Built in the 1880s and in the 1990s, it is an open and light terrace maintaining its character with a beachy, modern feel. Providing all the modern conveniences, Ruby is situated on a quiet street in the heart of historic Newcastle East, within easy walking distance to Newcastle and Nobbys beaches, or the dog friendly Horseshoe beach. Ruby comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The second bedroom can also be configured with a king bed. A single bed and trundle is provided on the ample sized first floor landing for two additional children. The terrace house has ceiling fans, freestanding fans and gas heating for your comfort. The galley kitchen provides all the modern conveniences for your stay, including a dish washer, stove, microwave and full size fridge. A fully equiped laundry and outdoor beach shower is also provided. A flat screen television, DVD player and wifi internet are included. Located at 30 Alfred St in the heart of historic Newcastle East, with everything you could want for just a stroll away. The rear courtyard provides ample outdoor space for guests to relax around the outdoor setting and enjoy a barbeque. The rear lane pedestrian access provides convenient access to the local attractions, including the beach and harbour. There is also two first floor balconies accessible from each of the bedrooms with a cafe setting for enjoying your morning coffee.
