Adeline and Beatrice Terraces are lovingly restored two-storey 2 bedroom terrace houses located in Newcastle East. Built in 1885 and renovated and modernised in the 1990s. These rococo facade terrace house sit side by side at 4 & 6 Alfred St, near Parnell Place. Just a short walk to the CBD and only one minute to the beach, our famous art deco baths and the dog friendly Horseshoe Beach. Situated on the Newcastle peninsula 'between the beach and the harbour' with everything you could want for just a stroll away. Each terrace comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a king size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. A foldaway bed is available for an additional child. The terrace is provided with ceiling fans, additional free standing fans and gas heating for your comfort. The galley kitchen provides all the modern conveniences for your stay, including a dish washer, stove and full size fridge. A fully equiped laundry and second toilet is also provided. A flat screen television, DVD player and wifi internet are all included. Larger groups can book Adeline and Beatrice together, providing accommodation for a total of 10 guests (maximium of 8 adults). The rear courtyard provides ample outdoor space for guests to relax around the outdoor setting and enjoy a barbeque. The rear lane pedestrian access provides convenient access to the local attractions, including the beach and harbour. There is also a first floor balcony accessible from the main bedroom with a cafe setting for enjoying your morning coffee.

Cancellation or changes are not permitted within 30 days of your arrival date. Changes are permitted up to 30 prior to your arrival date without penalty.
