Book online, use our freecall number or drop in and speak to our friendly, knowledgeable local staff who offer specialised expertise to assist with every aspect of your visit. So whether you need assistance with organising accommodation, tours, sightseeing or just some special insider knowledge of this fabulous region call in to see us.
We are located in the heart of the Civic Precinct at 361 Hunter Street (opposite Civic Station). The Newcastle Visitor Information Centre also stocks maps of the region and further a field, as well as a range of souvenirs as a memento of your visit.
The Newcastle Visitor Information Centre is open 363 days a year (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday), 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday and 10am to 3pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
