Marketown Shopping Centre has one level of retail shops catering for all your shopping needs. Anchored by Coles (open 24 hours a day 7 days a week), Officeworks and Go Lo. There are 32 speciality stores in total including shoe repairs, hair and beauty, newsagent, jeweller, optical, fruit market, financial services and the Post Office.

Our food court has seating for over 80 people surrounded by a variety of takeaway shops where you can always find something tempting any time of the day. There is ample parking and the Centre is serviced 7 days a week with access to buses, trains and taxis.


Directions: Marketown is at the gateway to the Newcastle CBD, is easy to find, serviced by the main road network as well as public transport. Access to the Centre is via the Coles entrance on National Park Street off King Street or via the Car Park Entrance off Parry Street. Easy access to the car park is off King Street via Gibson Street, Parry Street or Steel Street.
Our Opening Hours are Monday to Friday- 7.30am to 9pm, Saturday 7.30am to 8pm and Sunday 8am to 8pm. Public Holidays, 8am to 8pm.
