Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
•To secure your reservation a deposit of one night’s accommodation per room must accompany your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. FULL payment of your accommodation must be paid by 14 February 2011 • All bookings must be for at least a minimum of 2 nights (5 nights if with Quest Apartments) • Any changes made to a booking must be confirmed to Newcastle Tourism in writing or by email. All changes will be confirmed back to you by email or in writing • A cancellation fee of $22.00 (includes GST) per room up to and including 14 February 2011. • From 15 February 2011 any cancellation will incur a fee of 100% of first nights accommodation per room. In addition you will be subject to the accommodation provider's booking terms and conditions for any changes or cancellations made from this date. • Payments may be made by Mastercard Visa or by cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to Newcastle City Council.
