Jet Buzz do not operate if it is raining above a drizzle. In the advent of rain cancellations will be accepted on the day of departure or full payment is due. If Jet Buzz cancel a ride due to bad weather we will reschedule. If this is not possible no payment will be due and all moneys paid to us will be refunded.
Must be a minimum of 5 years of age to ride the jet boat. Must be a minimum of 1.3 metres tall otherwise need to be accompanied by an adult.
Must check-in and be ready to board the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Jet Buzz reserves the right to reassign seats if customers do not arrive by this time.
Any person who may be pregnant suffer from back neck or heart conditions or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health must not ride with Jet Buzz Jet Boats.
All passengers will will be required to sign an assumption of risk form prior to departure. Passengers are likely to get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst on the boat.
