If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival one full nights accommodation will be charged. If a guest does not arrive at Quest Apartments Newcastle one full nights accommodation will be charged. Please note that Reception hours are 7am - 11pm. All guests will be required to produce a credit card on arrival for an imprint.
